Who Are Our Leaders?

What are the characteristics of a true, godly leader? The disciples got into a heated argument about a similar topic a very long time ago, debating as to who would be first in the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus quickly ended the argument when He said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave — just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” (Matthew 20:25-28 NKJV) Great leaders are first of all servants. But beyond that most basic of mindsets, leaders must also first be followers of Christ and those whom the Lord has placed in positions of authority over them. They cannot be bought at any price. They seek out the wisdom and insights of those around them. In matters of principle and morality they are unwilling to compromise. In matters of style and culture they are all things to all men so that they can by all means save some. They know who they are in Christ and do not lose their identity in a crowd. And last, but certainly not least, they are honest to a fault, in matters both large and small. They can be trusted with the hearts of their people, the souls of the flock that has been entrusted to them, the Keys of the Kingdom which allow them to act in divine authority and power and the sacred message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here, then, are the men and women that we at ICOF feel meet those qualifications and who are the Shepherds of the Shepherds called by the Great Shepherd of the Flock. 	Bernie L. Wade, PHD. - President/Presiding Bishop As President of ICOF leads some 50,000 ministers and 25 million constituents in what some have called the largest Apostolic movement in history. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of GECC and has earned doctorates in theology, divinity, Christian education and counseling. He serves on the Board of Regents of International Circle of Faith Colleges, Seminaries and Universities (ICOF CSU). As Apostle of Life Church leads a ministry team teaching people to live for Christ in their everyday activities. Author of dozens of books. 	Frank T. Bozeman, PHD. - Assistant Presiding Bishop Bishop Bozeman is the founder and Chancellor of Global Evangelical Christian College and Seminary, Global Evangelical Accrediting Commission Inc. and The Global Word Fellowship Inc., An Association of Colleges, Ministries, Bible Colleges, Schools, Pastors, Faith-based and other para-church based organizations. He is a graduate of Morehouse College and Logos Graduate School. He is an accomplished musician and has appeared on Gospel music programs on TBN and the Word Network and has graced the stage with such Black Gospel music notables as Shirley Ceasar, Dottie Peoples and Kirk Franklin.
	Raymond L. Young, PHD - Board of Regents Dr. Young is President of ICOF Bible College. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Evansville, a Masters Degree from ICOF Seminary and a Doctorate from ICOF Seminary. He has authored five books on the End Times. He has ministered in Haiti, India, Nigeria and Cameroon. He was a Department Head and tenured faculty member at Vincennes University. He founded of three churches. Served as the pastor of Calvary United Methodist Church in Milford, OH. Doctor Young has a very successful history of being able to break racial barriers. The founder and moderator of the School of the Prophets Radio Broadcast in Louisville, KY and has ministered powerfully at many conferences and seminars, along with his beautiful wife, Beverly.
	John E. Rogers, PHD. - Senior VP Development Dr. John Rogers, PhD is an Ordained Minister, photographer, writer, scientist, and inventor with over 65 years developing inventions, writing (Biblical, Business and Patents), photography and educating. The later through Experiential Learning Institute (ELI) part of ICOF CSU. His background covers helping capture the Apollo program & train astronauts, (including Glenn & Armstrong) while Chief of Engineering. Then served as a Doctor of Obstetrics in "Natural Childbirth", which progressed into a Rehabilitation Hospital Co-Director on the effects of loading our tissue excessively. Considered an expert in this field he has lectured at University hospitals in the USA, Canada, Cambridge and Oxford, Wales (Oswestry), and elsewhere.
	Robert "Doc" Straube, PHD - Assistant Presiding Bishop ICOF CSU President holds earned PhD's in Clinical Psychology & International Business Economics. A successful entrepreneur owning several large companies over the years. Through God's grace, became a born-again Christian in 1981. He earned his third Phd - Divinity/Church Leadership. Over the years God connected Dr Straube with many wonderful people from Church leaders to World leaders. These include organizations & people like YWAM, Agape Force, World Vision, Teen Challenge, Second Chapter of Acts, Silverwind, Leonard Ravenhill, Keith and Melody Green, David Wilkerson, John Wimber, President Ronald Reagan, and Senator Paul Simon. He has planted several churches as well as many service-based ministries. Dr Struabe has authored a newly published book, "Foundational Discipling Principles-Teaching and Raising up Disciples." He and his wife Jackie have raised 7 children.

	Teacher Lea Bates ICOF STATE DIRECTOR - USA Teacher Lea Bates is a talented member of the fivefold ministry. She has done an incredible job of helping to organize and document ICOF's ever growing membership. She also performs a variety of PR-related activities within ICOF. She has been a Financial Administrator for her local church and has been the head of a dynamic drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. She is an accomplished writer and prophetic poetess with numerous published articles and books. She is the founder and president of Heartfelt Ministry, reaching out to women across the globe.
	Dr. John L. Alford, Sr Ambassador/President Emeritus of ICOF CSU Dr. Alford is National Dean of GECCS and Dean Emeritus of the ICOF Colleges and Seminaries Division. He served as President of ICOF Colleges and Seminaries from 2004-2007. He has a B.A. and M.A. from Alabama State University, a Doctor of Philosophy from Summit University and a Doctor of Ministry from GECC. Dr. Alford has worked extensively in Western Africa, visiting 17 nations in the region of the Gold Coast and providing Professional educational advice as part of a team of educators sent from the United States to help the educational systems of that region. He has also done notable work in Ghana and Cameroon.
	Bernie Wade II ICOF CONGRESS Pastor Wade is a talented architect and general contractor. He has ministered all over the world with his father, Bishop Bernie L. Wade Sr and is currently working with the Cities of Refuge Network.
	Pastor Hurdis Bozeman, PHD. ICOF CONGRESS Dr. Bozeman is President and co-founder of Global Evangelical Christian College and Seminary. Dr. Bozeman is a graduate of John M. Patterson State Technical College. She attended Auburn university and Athens State University. She is also a graduate of GECCS with a Masters of Divinity and Docotr of Ministry degree from Summit University.
	Marcus S. Benson - Presiding Bishop of Europe He was consecrated to the Bishopric by ICOF leaders at the Gathering of Eagles European Leadership Summit in London November 19th, 2005. First Black Bishop and first Pentecostal Bishop in Ireland. Holds a Doctorate Degrees from Northwesternl Seminary, USA. As ICOF Bishop to Europe he plans to structure ICOF Europe into easy Administrative Blocks/Units, covering all the countries, holding dialogues with leaders, organizing seminars, symposiums and Gathering of Eagles Conferenfes. He is a of the Member International Association of Christian Theologians, ICOF Board of Regents, ICOF College of Bishops. A prolific writer, certified Life Coach, Motivational & Conference Speaker. Happily married to his wife, Precious, who is a Co-Minister with him and they are blessed with children.
	Dr. Joseph Rankin ICOF Presiding Bishop of Africa President - ICOF African Union Serves as Senior Pastor of New Nation Temple International of Abuja Nigeria.
