Vision Statement

When we speak of unity it is not just words — it is our mission. The time has come for the Priesthood of Jesus Christ to come together. To step out of the Inner court (Church) And into the most holy place (Kingdom)

For too long the ministry has been divided by man made walls. ICOF is the fellowship of ministers of the Most High God. Not a denomination, but fathers and sons in the domain of the King.

Many Christian Leaders today, when questioned, give a list of men whose teaching influenced their lives, but these same leaders cannot point to a Father in the Ministry.

Although it is true that many men have contributed to our education and spiritual enrichment, few of them have been empowered to impart to us the rich inheritance that God has promised.

Thus, like the Corinthian Church, we have ample instruction and abundant gifting, but we have not many Fathers

Our Goal is to recover the generational blessing by turning back to the foundation of spiritual inheritance in the Kingdom of God through the relationship of Father and son. We are committed to helping those in Ministry today develop the heart of a father and rise up a generation of sons and daughters in Ministry.

The Revelation of God to his people has always been in the order of father to Son.

That is how we embrace our status as the children of God and how we receive Salvation and relationship with God.

This is our inheritance as “heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ” (ROM. 8:17).

Our relationship with God is a reflection of the order of Father and son.

We must also understand that ministry relationships are to reflect the order of father and son as well.

However, because the Church doesn't realize the essence of Father and son relationship in ministry, we do not receive our inheritance. Our adaptation of other models has caused the Church to lose connection with spiritual inheritance.

Although God has given us all things in Christ, the Church has not received the fullness of that inheritance because her immaturity

This is why God is sending us the spirit of Elijah. God is restoring the alignment between fathers and sons in the ministry.

The Relationship between a father and a son in the ministry is not an employee/boss relationship.

The Church is an outpost of the Kingdom of God. God always deals in relational terms.

His actions and expression are the revelation of his person and essence, and God revealed himself to us in terms of Relationship: Father, Son, and Spirit. He created and redeemed us; we are His Children. God requires that the covenant He made with us through His Son also be the Model for all relationships in the Kingdom

Many are like Benjamin who was inappropriately named by his dying Mother, Rachel who named him Benoni, “son of my sorrow”, but his father changed his destiny and named him Benjamin, “son of my right hand”, or “son of my strength”. Out of his fathers prophetic utterance came t he lineage of King Saul, the First King who reigned over Israel. It is a tragedy for sons to be misaligned to someone, something, or some system that cannot speak to their Destiny.

Many of us have been misnamed in the dying arms of a Rachel-like system that named us on the basis of its own calamity. It is to those bleeding sons whose cracked identity and broken dreams have halted their growth that the ICOF extends an invitation to walk in relationship.

Come journey down the road to truth that brings us into the recognition of our fathers.

It is here in their arms that we receive the name that unfolds destiny.
